Did you know that Motor Age is having a contest for the top shop?
The contest started on June 3, 2013 and is ongoing till August 30, 2013.
Do you think that your repair shop should be known as one of the best? Do you provide excellent customer service? Have you won other awards for the services that you provide?
If you are a shop owner you need to participate in this contest. This contest will not only provide you with exposure but also show you what you can improve on to enhance the experience your customers have.
Some of the questions on the entry form are:
- Number of technicians
- Years in business
- Number of bays
- Number of customer vehicle per week
- Total number of employees
- Sq. footage of shop
- Number of locations
Shop owners will need to answer questions about their daily operations and also show photographs of their shop. All of the information will be reviewed by judges and a winner will be announced in the fall. The winner will be on the cover of the 2013 December issue for Motor Age Magazine!
