Auto-Wares is going to release a new telematics program in June 2013. It will include the ability to provide remote vehicle diagnostics, roadside assistance, maintenance and service, as well monitoring the health of the vehicle. This new program will only be provided to its members.
The new program will enable Auto-Wares to be able to talk with the owners of the vehicle through a wireless communication tool. This tool can be used in many ways. One way is it to help increase the performance of the vehicle by being able to collect data. Also by improving safety of the customers. Auto-Wares designed this tool hoping to increase the parts and service business for their stores and service centers by building a relationship through the telematics program.
