I don’t know if you have seen what Facebook has added to your Facebook Business Page recently…but now your fans/followers/customers can now leave reviews right on your page.
They do not go away or fall down the timeline like your posts. They are located on the right side of your page. They can leave a rating out of five stars and write about the experience they had with your business.
