This feature displays expert illustrations on your website that visually explain services to customers along with diagrams and written copy to explain why the suggested repair is needed. Premium, SILVER Package - $30 per month (billed quarterly)
The Premium, Silver Package of Visual Inspection Plus includes all Freemium features and adds the "share function" for quick email and text messages. Now you can instantly send photo’s along with detailed diagrams and back up material to the customer greatly increasing the chances of repair approval. The share feature also allows your customers to send the VIP information to others. The ability to share material with others (in most cases, family members) will vastly improve your customers’ willingness to agree to services or repairs.
Premium, GOLD Package - $60 per month (billed quarterly)
The Gold Package includes everything in the Freemium and Silver packages and also has an Analytics Dashboard and Complete Service Library of repairs. The library allows your customers to have access to an extensive collection of images, diagrams, and other supporting information on your website for use when you are communicating with customers. The Service Library is a searchable and visually appealing function to your website. The comprehensive library of parts (showing the location, function, and system of each) and repair illustrations visually explain and back up your service recommendations. The Dashboard allows the you to have access to all customer photos to use as a follow up for refused services, or to show changes in condition.
