Here are the people that make up our customer service team:
Richard, Vice President, has been leading Repair Shop Websites since its launch in 2005. Richard has been in sales his whole life, starting with a paper route when he was 11 years old! He has worked for small independent businesses as well as large foreign companies that had him traveling worldwide.
Richard enjoys working with Repair Shop Websites where a decision can be made and implemented in the same day. He never settles with the status quo and always has his eye out for ways to improve our product and our service for customers.
Richard lives with his wife and son in Garner, NC. In his free time, you’ll find Richard spending time with them and working in the yard.
Lori is a Customer Service Representative and has been with Repair Shop Websites since 2007. She is very enthusiastic, detail-oriented and knows our products like the back of her hand! Don’t hesitate in asking her any questions about your website.
Lori, a Raleigh, NC native, is married with one daughter. She enjoys reading and playing computer games when she has down time.
Jason, a Customer Service Representative, enjoys working for a growing company that believes in honesty and trust when it comes to relationships with employees and customers.
Jason particularly enjoys working directly with customers, who may perceive technology to be challenging or unnecessary, to help them feel confident about our service and the importance of the Internet.
Chris handles everything from tweaking your site to setting up your Search Engine Marketing plan. Chris can walk you through the steps of the program beginning with discussing a plan, setting up your budget and continuously optimizing your campaign for the best results. As a Customer Service Representative, Chris can seriously help improve your web presence!
Chris love sports and specifically enjoys watching North Carolina State University play, where he went to college and played football.

Meet our account executive:

Tim joined Repair Shop Websites as an Account Executive in March 2011. He is responsible for listening to your needs and finding out whether those needs can be met by our product. Tim knows that while every shop is unique, all want to be successful in the competitive marketplace. Repair Shop Websites helps shops stand out locally.
Tim has worked in a restoration shop and served our country as a US Marine. For fun, Tim spends time with his friends and family including his two daughters. He is a big UNC Tarheel fan!
